Polygon Story

Polygon PT was founded in 2017 in Sugar Land, TX, by  Dr. Parth, with a vision to create a clinic where patients would receive exceptional, personalized care so good that people would travel across the Houston area for it.

As the healthcare landscape evolved, Dr. Parth noticed a lack of innovative physical therapy models that truly centered around the patient and therapist experience.

Ankle & Foot Pain

Your feet and ankles support your entire body weight, making them vulnerable to injury, overuse, and chronic conditions. Whether you’re an athlete, on your feet all day, or recovering from an injury, persistent pain in your foot or ankle can significantly impact your mobility and quality of life.

Hip

Hip pain and mobility issues can affect everything from walking and sitting to sleep and daily activities. Hip physical therapy focuses on reducing pain, improving movement, and helping you get back to the activities you enjoy—safely and confidently.

Knee

The knee is one of the most used — and most vulnerable — joints in the body. Whether you’re recovering from injury, surgery, or simply dealing with daily pain, knee physical therapy helps reduce pain, restore mobility, and build strength for a more active, confident life.

Elbow

Elbow pain can disrupt your ability to perform simple tasks like lifting, gripping, or typing. Whether caused by overuse, injury, or surgery, our elbow physical therapy programs are designed to restore mobility, reduce pain, and help you return to your daily activities without discomfort.

Upper & Lower Back

Back pain is one of the most common musculoskeletal conditions, affecting millions of people worldwide. Whether it stems from an acute injury, poor posture, repetitive strain, or degenerative changes, pain in the upper or lower back can limit mobility, disrupt daily life, and affect your overall quality of life.

Wrist

The wrist plays a crucial role in everyday movements—from typing and writing to lifting and gripping. Wrist physical therapy helps reduce pain, restore function, and prevent long-term complications after injury, overuse, or surgery.
